Shift Supervisor- Magodo

Shift supervisors are professionals who oversee the business operations of their workplace during their shift.

Responsibilities of a shift supervisor:

1- Manage a team's workflow and assign tasks for employees to perform during their shifts.

2- Make team schedules and manage the changing shifts.

3- Responsible for training new employees and ensuring they're knowledgeable about the work tasks, safety standards, and procedures.

4- Resolve conflicts between employees

5- Responsible for monitoring sales figures and ensuring teams meet predetermined targets.

6- Collects and counts the cash to ensure it aligns with the shift's POS sales data.

7- Monitor stock levels of inventory, resources, and other materials to avoid any delays in production.

8- Display strong leadership skills to manage and motivate employees effectively.

9- Communicate effectively with customers and staff members.

10- Deal with challenging situations throughout their shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
