Shift Supervisor - Metro Manila

The Store Supervisor / Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure consistent customer experience, manage store profitability, and lead a motivated, service-oriented team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the entire store team to deliver excellent customer service
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and staff deployment
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Drive sales performance and meet store KPIs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Train, coach, and develop team members for growth
• Handle guest concerns, escalations, and operational issues
• Safeguard cash handling procedures and store assets

Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, café, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience in managing store operations, sales, and costs
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Passionate about coffee, service excellence, and team development
