Shift Supervisor/Checker

✅In-charge in the general operation of incubation and hatching machine ensuring maximum hatching yield and day-old-chick health

✅Perform machine monitoring and making necessary adjustment as the hatching and incubation condition requires

✅Manage and coordinate hatchery operation staff for all hatchery-related activities (egg receiving, classification, fumigation, setting, pull-out, candling, vaccination and dispatch

✅Ensure that all bio-security protocols are implemented

Document all hatching statistics

✅Recommend improvement areas to management to increase hatchery yield and output

📝Requirements:

• Knowledge in analytical thinking
• Pro-active attitude is a must
• Attention to details
• Self-driven and eagerness to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Zero- record of previous work anomaly and dishonesty
• With basic knowledge in technical work (mechanical/ electrical works)
• Graduate of any BS or Technical courses
• At least 2 years experience in manufacturing industries.
