As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a responsible, energetic, and experienced Shift Manager to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, takes pride in excellent customer service, and can confidently lead a team during daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support baristas and front-of-house staff during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and organization
• Ensure drinks and food are prepared consistently and correctly
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
• Assist with cash handling and register procedures
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
• Train and support new employees
• Help keep the team productive, organized, and motivated
• Follow and enforce Jabal Coffee House policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable
• Able to work independently and make good decisions
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Full Time flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
