Job Location: Bolivar, PA
Job Type: Full-Time (44 hours per week with rotating schedule)

Pay: $47,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum age 21
• Ability to pass a PA State Criminal Check (ACT 34), PA Child Abuse Clearance (ACT 33), FBI Clearance (ACT 114), National Sex Offender Public Website check, physical, and drug screening
• Possess an active and valid driver’s license
• Have reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Description:

• Model the Vision: Communicates the essence of “To the Fullest” in word and deed to Outside In personnel, business associates, and the public.
• Appropriate Supervision of Youths: Monitors the physical presence of all youths at all times and enforce the necessary and prudent safety rules and practices. Ensure the physical safety of all youths and staff.
• Activity Intensive Programming: Designs and implements, with management approval, youth activities that stimulate positive growth and development including, but not limited to: physical activities, group bonding activities, and work projects.
• Active Participation: Supervises and participates with youths in all groups/activities while serving as a positive role model. Ensure that all groups, activities, and work projects are framed up and debriefed appropriately.
• Healthy Relationships: Build positive, healthy relationships with all youths and co-workers.
• Youth Evaluations: Be thoroughly familiar with the youth behavior system while being able to communicate progress to youths and their families.
• Complete Documentation: Complete all paperwork required by management including, but not limited to: youth behavior reports, inventories, incident reports, expense reports, visitation logs, individual youth action plan, and appointment paperwork.
• Physical Demands: While performing duties, the employee is regularly required to use hands, fingers, arms, legs, and feet to handle or feel onjects, tools, equipment, and talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to participate in work projects involving heavy physical labor and activities such as sports, athletic fitness training, aquatics, and hiking. * Reasonable accommodations may be made be enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
