Shiftrr is a UK on-demand staffing platform connecting businesses with workers looking for flexible shifts.

We’re looking for motivated Growth Associates to help us expand the Shiftrr network by bringing new workers and businesses onto the platform.

The Opportunity

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. High-performing Growth Associates could earn up to £160,000 per year, depending on the number of qualifying workers and businesses they introduce.

As a Growth Associate, you’ll help grow Shiftrr in your local area and through online outreach.

You’ll:

• Introduce workers to Shiftrr and help them join the platform
• Introduce businesses such as pubs, restaurants, cafés, hotels, events, retail and warehouses
• Generate referrals through networking, social media, email, phone and in-person visits
• Build relationships with workers and businesses
• Help grow the Shiftrr network

Commission

Earn up to £5 per activated worker.

You’ll receive £1 when a referred worker completes verification, plus a further bonus when they complete their first qualifying shift.

Your total commission increases with the number of workers you activate each month:

1–49 workers: £3 per worker50–99 workers: £3.50 per worker100–249 workers: £4 per worker250–499 workers: £4.50 per worker500+ workers: £5 per worker

The applicable monthly rate is applied to all qualifying workers activated during that month.

For example, 100 activated workers would generate £400 commission.

Additional commission is available for qualifying business referrals.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We’re looking for people who are:

• Confident communicating with others
• Self-motivated and driven
• Comfortable approaching businesses and individuals
• Good at networking and building relationships
• Motivated by commission-based earning

This could suit students, salespeople, recruiters, hospitality professionals, entrepreneurs or anyone with a strong local network.
