Shipper/Receiver - Audi West Ottawa

Mark Motors Group is looking for a dependable and organized Parts Shipper/Receiver to join the Audi West Ottawa Parts Department. In this role, you will support daily parts operations by receiving, organizing, and distributing automotive parts while ensuring inventory and shipments are handled accurately and efficiently

Shipping & Receiving

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Prepare and package parts for returns, transfers, warranty claims, and deliveries.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with vendors and couriers.

Inventory & Organization

• Accurately process incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Label, organize, and stock parts in designated storage locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
• Ensure parts are stored properly and easy to locate.

Parts Department Support

• Assist Parts Advisors and Service Technicians with locating and distributing requested parts.
• Ensure parts are provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support the Parts Department with additional duties as required.

Safety & Workplace Standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Safely operate material-handling equipment where required and certified.
• Follow company health and safety procedures and proper handling requirements for applicable materials.
