What they need
Shipping Admin
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Pasir Panjang
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support via phone and email, handling enquiries and shipment-related matters.
- Prepare and process shipping, import/export and delivery documentation accurately.
- Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely collection and delivery.
- Process invoices and related billing documents accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight partners and relevant parties on shipment arrangements.
- Ensure import/export activities are carried out smoothly and in compliance with company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, documents and logistics-related information.
- Assist with general shipping administration and other logistics-related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in shipping, logistics or import/export industry.
- In-house logistics software training is provided
- Able to work well in a team
