Key responsibilities
- Process import shipping and customs documents for China-Malaysia building material shipments
- Track clearance and delivery status
- Submit and follow up CIDB and CREAM certification applications and compliance files
- Accompany supervisor to visit CIDB officers for official communication and document submission
- Prepare daily reports, sort files and handle routine admin work
About you
- Prior logistics, customs or government liaison experience
- Computer literate, good at paperwork and records management
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and basic Chinese
- Detail-oriented, confident to liaise with government departments
