Shipping & Dispatch Executive

The roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

A. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Management Process and dispatch all daily orders through Shiprocket within the assigned timeline.

Ensure 100% order fulfillment on a same-day or next-day dispatch basis. Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifests through Shiprocket.

Ensure correct product selection, quality check, packaging, and labeling before dispatch. Monitor daily dispatch targets and ensure all pending orders are cleared on priority. Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickups and shipment movement.

B. Shopify Order Management Monitor incoming orders on Shopify throughout the day. Update fulfillment status and tracking details on Shopify after dispatch.

Ensure all fulfilled orders are accurately updated in the system. Maintain order accuracy and prevent fulfillment errors.

C. Shipment Tracking & Exception Management Track all in-transit shipments on a daily basis.

Monitor shipment movement and identify delayed shipments proactively. Coordinate with courier partners for shipment escalations and delivery issues.

Take immediate action on stuck, delayed, or exception shipments. Maintain daily tracking reports and pending shipment updates.

D. Production & Inventory Coordination Coordinate with the Production Team regarding pending orders and stock availability.

Follow up regularly on unfulfilled orders to ensure timely dispatch. Escalate production delays that may impact dispatch timelines.

Maintain synchronization between inventory availability and order dispatch planning.

E. NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Management Monitor NDR reports daily through Shiprocket. Contact customers or coordinate with the Customer Support Team for NDR resolution. Ensure timely action on customer responses for reattempt, address correction, or cancellation requests. Minimize RTO (Return to Origin) cases through proactive NDR management.

Maintain daily NDR and RTO performance reports.

F. Courier & Logistics Coordination Coordinate with courier partners for pickup issues, weight discrepancies, lost shipments, and delivery escalations. Follow up on courier service performance and ensure smooth operational flow.

Escalate unresolved shipment issues to Shiprocket support when required.

G. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily records of dispatched, pending, delivered, NDR, and RTO orders. Prepare daily fulfillment and dispatch reports for management review.

Track courier performance metrics and fulfillment efficiency. Ensure operational data accuracy across Shiprocket and Shopify platforms.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
