- Prevent stockouts, unnecessary overordering, and fulfillment delays.
*Packaging & Quality Control*
- Ensure all products are packaged securely, consistently, and according to company standards.
- Inspect product labels, packaging, quantities, and order details before shipment.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle sensitive or specialized products according to established storage and handling requirements.

- Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and purchasing terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate product samples, packaging specifications, and manufacturing requirements before placing orders.
- Manage purchasing and procurement for new product launches, ensuring all materials arrive on time and within budget.
- Maintain a database of approved suppliers, pricing, lead times, and alternative sourcing options.
- Work closely with management to ensure all sourcing and purchasing decisions align with product requirements, quality standards, and launch deadlines.
