We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately using warehouse management software
• Operate forklifts to load and unload freight safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with warehouse distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment

Requirements

• Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and order processing
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or dimensions
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, packaging standards, and order picking & packing procedures
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external carriers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
