Shipping & Sales Coordinator

• Process customer orders, quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
• Coordinate local and overseas shipments, including delivery arrangements and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, including supplier quotations, Purchase Orders, payments, and delivery follow-up.
• Monitor inventory, record goods receipts, update SAP stock records, and manage consignment stock.
• Maintain customer information, price lists, SAP records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate the purchase of office, warehouse, and packaging materials.
• Prepare monthly Statements of Account and provide general administrative and export support.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum O-Level qualification; Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Sales Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in sales coordination, shipping, purchasing, inventory, or administration is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems.
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation, inventory records, and data entry.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Good command of English & Chinese; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
