What they need
Shipping Assistant
Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 8am-5.30pm
Working Location: East (company transport provided)
Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare shipping documentations including all documentations related to export activities.
- To coordinate with internal customer to ensure on time delivery to customers.
- To liaise with forwarders for collection.
- To attend enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for feedback to customer.
- To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma Logistics Management or its equivalent.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience as shipping assistant.
