Shipping Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily shipping and logistics operations, including import and export shipments.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists and related records.
• Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure shipping documents are accurate and comply with company and customs requirements.
• Perform other shipping and logistics duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with experience in shipping, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of import/export documentation is an advantage.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
