Position Summary:

Undertakes the support, the best organization and actively participates in all the processes of the Shipping Department in order to have smooth operation and proper execution of all required export/Local procedures of the products.

Essential Functions:

• Preparation of reports and analysis of transport companies' price lists
• Control and recording of all shipping costs in the system, analysis of shipments and data
• Participate in the management of all shipments, for proper customer service and proper pricing
• Participation in the issuance of all shipping documents (shipping notes, invoices, credit) and customs documents
• Communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers during the whole procedure of the shipment (export or local)
• Uploading of Transportation expenses inside ERP system
• Determines shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
• Receives orders from the Sales Department and confers with the warehouse, to coordinate for the timely and safe delivery to the clients.
• Provide Transport Costs to the Sales department by evaluating the data from our ERP system.
• Support warehouse operations when necessary, assisting in inventory management, order preparation, and ensuring smooth logistics flow.

Position Qualifications:

• Educational background in Maritime or Financial studies or Logistics,
• Shipping experience regarding Import or Export procedure, preferably 1 or 2 years.
• Excellent command of the English language,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
• Good organizational and communication skills,
