Shipping Associate

Provides administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing and Shipping teams, ensuring smooth coordination of shipment processes, documentation, and billing activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update shipment statuses and coordinate with internal teams
• Prepare and process requests for supplies, equipment, and payments
• Assist in quotation preparation and shipping documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading)
• Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and maintain system records
• Coordinate insurance requests and billing submissions
• Handle check processing and deposits for service providers
• Support accounting through billing summaries and documentation
• Perform occasional liaison tasks (e.g., courier coordination, document handling)
• Assist in physical tasks related to company activities (e.g., organizing giveaway items)
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field
• With experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing documents and data entry
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email correspondence
• Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
