Drug Crafters is a growing compounding pharmacy that has proudly served patients and healthcare providers across 38 states for more than 15 years. We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-focused Shipping Associate to join our operations team and help ensure medications are delivered accurately and on schedule.

In this position, you will play an important role in preparing, verifying, and shipping customized prescriptions to patients and medical providers while supporting a fast-moving production environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures
• Review order information to confirm accuracy prior to shipment
• Generate shipping labels and process packages through approved carriers
• Ensure required documentation and packaging standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping workspace
• Work closely with pharmacy and production teams to meet daily shipping schedules
• Monitor shipping material levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Follow all company, safety, and quality-control guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or related work preferred
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or another regulated environment is beneficial but not required
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy
• Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment/random drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
