Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

About Next Wave CNC

Next Wave CNC is a manufacturer of CNC machines and accessories located in Perrysburg, Ohio. Our products are shipped to customers and retailers throughout the country.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and processing outgoing orders, ensuring shipments are accurate, properly packaged, and shipped on time.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, package, and prepare customer and distributor orders for shipment.
• Ensure products and quantities match shipping documentation.
• Create shipping labels and process shipments using computerized shipping systems.
• Properly package CNC machines, accessories, replacement parts, and other products to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare both standard parcel shipments and larger freight orders.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and paperwork.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve order or inventory discrepancies.
• Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to follow instructions and established shipping procedures.
• Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely handle and move packages using appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
