Role Description The Shipping Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping luxury watches and related items with a strong focus on accuracy, security, and care. Daily tasks include printing labels, assembling shipping materials, verifying order details, and coordinating pickups and deliveries with carriers. The Shipping Associate will track shipments, update internal systems, assist with receiving and logging incoming items, and maintain organized shipping and storage areas. The role also involves communicating with internal teams about shipment status, following company procedures for handling high-value items, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and basic Supply Chain Management to track, organize, and move items accurately.
• Understanding of Procurement and related processes to support ordering and shipping materials as needed.
• High attention to detail, particularly when handling, documenting, and packaging high-value items.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move packages safely, and to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Comfort using shipping software, label printers, and basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
• Prior experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred; experience with luxury goods is a plus.
• Reliable work habits, punctuality, and adherence to security and confidentiality standards.
