Shipping Associate – Distribution Center

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable Shipping/Warehouse Associates to support daily distribution operations in Roseville.

The ideal candidate has experience with shipping, order picking, packing, labeling, warehouse operations, inventory, or distribution center work and is comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Pick, pack, and organize products according to established procedures.
• Verify orders for accuracy before shipment.
• Label and process packages using various freight/shipping systems.
• Enter and process orders using an ERP/warehouse management system.
• Store products accurately in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare the warehouse for the following day's shipping activities.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Follow established quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Support daily warehouse and distribution-center operations.
• Work effectively with team members to meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, distribution, order fulfillment, or inventory preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Able to follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Onsite – Roseville, MN

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
