Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities :

• Handle full set of shipping documents
• Filling documents and Tradelink Declaration
• Follow up shipment arrangement
• Liaise with related internal departments and vendor
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Perform and handle another ad hoc project as assigned
• Issue Purchase Order, Invoice & Debit note / Data entry.

Requirements :

• Secondary 6 education level or above
• Good command of Cantonese (preferred); basic Mandarin and English
• Able to read and write Chinese and English
• Familiar with MS Word and MS Excel
• Proficient in computer operations and data entry
• Experience in using logistics and inventory management systems
• Responsible, diligent, and a good team player
• Familiar with common Chinese input methods
• Immediately available is preferred
