Shipping Clerk

• Handling shipping documents, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Delivery Orders (D/O), Manifests, Licenses, and Permits
• Monitoring the status of cargo transportation to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinating with customers, trucking companies, terminals
• Managing cargo declarations in compliance with regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Assisting in resolving shipping-related issues promptly
• Verifing freight and transportation costs data for accuracy and update records
• Ensuring compliance with alll relevant regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above with work experience
• Working experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of shipping procedures
• Self motivated and able to work independently and achieve company objectives
• Work collaboratively within a team and across departments
• Proficient in MS Office
