Shipping Clerk

Job Scope:

• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties on shipping issues and local transportation arrangements to ensure timely and accurate daily shipping operations.
• Prepare and handle a full set of import/export documentation for Hong Kong, China, and overseas shipments, including courier forms, bookings, and shipping documents.
• Manage declarations via Tradelink, Letters of Credit (L/C), and import/export licensing requirements.
• Provide support for both routine operations and ad hoc tasks as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager and teammates.

Job Requirement:

• Form 5 or above
• Min 3 years relevant working experience in trading company
• Able to handle full set I/E documentations and operations
• Good knowledge & understand shipment terms
• Proficient PC skills, including MS Word / Excel / Outlook, NAV is a plus
• Good communication skills in speaking / writing English & Mandarin
• Good sense of responsibility, well organized, multi-task oriented, hardworking, willing to learn, able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
