Shipping Clerk

Kromet International Inc. is currently seeking a Shipping Clerk based out of our Cambridge location. This position includes processing outgoing and incoming shipments and documentation papers for border crossing, BOL, US MCA Documentation, Customs Documentation, Sales Invoicing, and Data Entry.

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve E-mail, copy and distribute
• Arrange shipments with transportation companies
• Receive shipping write-ups from plant, verify quantity and carton counts
• Enter shipped quantity in customer shipping records
• Process packing slips, bill of lading and custom papers for shipments
• Assign ASN# (Advanced shipping notice)
• Process invoices, credit notes and distribute
• Prepare paperwork for courier shipments
• Retrieve, acknowledge and print releases from EDI system
• Update releases, enter data into system
• Process bar code labels
• Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
