Traly Hong Kong Limited, a well-established trading and manufacturing company, with a number of well-known and prestige clients in worldwide, is seeking the following post:

Shipping Clerk

Job Duties:

• Handle full set of I/E documents, custom declaration to meet requirements;
• Coordination with forwarders, and factories about all transportation issues including ocean and air freight forwarding, Liaise with related parties, shipment arrangement independently;

Requirements:

• Form 5 or DSE above;

• 2 - 3 years working experience in shipping department of the trading company dealing in US, UK & Europe market;

• Good English, Mandarin (Spoken and Written);

• Understand the shipment process and workflow of factory in China;

• Responsible for handling import /export documents, shipment and logistics arrangement, Letter of Credit;

• Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS office, Excel and Chinese word processing;

• Good problem-solving skill;

• Independent, initiative and responsible;

• Immediate available is highly preferable;

• 5 Working Days, Medical, Double Pay;
