What they need
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of shipping documents, LC
- Filling documents and Tradelink Declaration
- Follow up shipment arrangement
- Liaise with related internal departments and vendor
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Perform and handle another ad hoc project as assigned
- Issue Invoice & Debit note / Data entry.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above in any discipline
- At Least 2 years experience for garment/Frabic trading
- Knowledgeable in L/C, I/E handling
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good knowledge in MS Excel (Pivot table), Word,PPT
- Ability to work both independently, Stable, Careful, Mature and Self-motivate.
- Willing to work under pressure and overtime
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
