Join our team and play a key role in ensuring shipments move smoothly from documentation to delivery. You’ll work closely with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams, gaining valuable hands-on experience in shipping and logistics operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Handle shipping documentation and processes
• Respond to customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Follow up with customers and provide timely shipment updates
• Coordinate and correspond with loading port agents
• Handle permit declarations through TradeNet
• Assist in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Candidates with no experience are welcome
• Preferred 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry
• Positive working attitude
• Able to start work within short notice
