Shipping Coordinator

• Position: Shipping Coordinator
• Location: Boon Lay Way - 2 Bus Stops from Jurong East MRT Station
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$2,500–S$3,500 per month
• Benefits: 15 days’ annual leave + AWS and discretionary performance bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Flavour & Fragrance Distributor

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and/or international shipment arrangements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers and internal departments.
• Prepare and check shipping documents and delivery information.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely status updates.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and support other logistics-related duties.

Requirements

• Experience in shipment coordination or logistics operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Incoterms is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to communicate effectively and coordinate with multiple parties.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
