Shipping Coordinator

1. Shipment Coordination

· Arrange export shipments

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and transporters.

· Book cargo space and monitor ETD / ETA.

2. Documentation Handling

· Prepare and check shipping documents, such as:

· Commercial Invoice

· Packing List

· Bill of Lading

· Initiating and preparation of Certificate of Origin

· COO, Insurance, permits.

· Ensure documents comply with customs & Incoterms.

3. Customs & Compliance

· Ensure compliance with export regulations.

· Handle HS codes, duties, taxes, and exemptions (if applicable).

4. Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution

· Track shipments and provide status updates.

· Resolve delays, damages, short shipments, or documentation issues.

· Escalate problems to internal teams or management when needed.

5. Cost & Vendor Control

· Verify freight invoices and shipping charges.

· Compare quotations and support cost optimization initiatives.

· Maintain records for audits and reporting.

6. Internal & External Communication

· Coordinate with sales, warehouse, finance, and customers.

· Prepare shipping reports, KPIs, and shipment summaries.

Candidate must able to work at Iskandar Puteri & Senai both area

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
