Shipping Coordinator

Position Overview: As the Shipping Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring products reach customers with speed and precision. You’ll be responsible for supporting the shipping department, including receiving, order preparation, quality control, and maintaining a safe and organized facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and Organize: Take charge of incoming goods, ensuring they are sorted into appropriate inventory.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with department leadership to address order status and resolve any shipping-related questions.
• Keep Us Moving: Maintain the outbound shipping list and execute the daily plan to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
• Quality Matters: Prepare orders with attention to detail, meeting our high standards.
• Ship with Precision: Create labels, package orders, and prepare them for timely shipment to our customers around the world.
• Stay Stocked: Monitor and manage shipping supply levels to keep operations running smoothly.
• Clean & Safe: Uphold a safe, organized, and clean working environment—because safety is our priority.
• Equipment Care: Maintain company tools and technology in top condition.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in a shipping/receiving role (Required).
• Automotive Enthusiasm: A knack for recognizing and understanding basic automotive parts is a plus.

Skills:

• Self-Starter: You have the drive to tackle challenges independently.
• Problem-Solver: You think critically and can quickly find solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Precision is key to delivering top-notch service.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer skills for label creation and tracking.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry/push or pull up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.
