Shipping Coordinator

We are hiring a Shipping Coordinator to work in our fast-paced warehouse .  As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for multiple warehouse activities.  Our objective is to hire, train, and retain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Print customer orders
• Prepare orders based on specific customer needs
• Package and ship customer orders
• Inspect and label incoming parts
• Replenish pick locations
• Coordinate daily activities with the Shipping Department
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace
• Communicate with management regarding process improvement

What you need

• Safety awareness — spot and fix hazards before they become incidents
• Ability to juggle several tasks without dropping accuracy
• Basic math
• Comfort with computers: Word, Excel, and UPS shipping software
• Strong attention to detail and a clean, organized work style
• Reliability — on time, dependable, trustworthy
• Practical problem-solving and solid time management
• Forklift certification (required) and pallet jack experience
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs continuously and 25–50+ lbs occasionally
