What they need
- Able to handle Airfreight and Ocean Freight.
- To handle shipping activity with regards to documentation, booking and coordination.
- Monitoring and following up on the shipment movement.
- Dealing with overseas clients (time zone different)
- Ensure customer's request, enquiries or complaints are attended and responded.
- Sorting documents for dispatch, billing, reporting and filling.
- To assist Senior on their day to day operation.
- and other tasks assigned.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
