What they need
- Basic Salary : $3200 - $3500
- Working Hour: Mon - Fri / 9am - 5.30pm
- Location: Marina Square/Raffles city
- 6 Months Contract ( 01 Nov 2026 - 30 Apr 2026 )
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate intercompany orders and monitor open order backlogs to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain import/export documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL providers.
- Identify logistics improvement opportunities and recommend cost-saving solutions.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and manage order-to-cash processes.
- Support Sales & Customer Service teams and prepare monthly reports.
Requirement:
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics
- Proficient in ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Oracle, Salesforce)
