Shipping Coordinator

Culture Studio is looking for a high-energy, highly organized Shipping Coordinator who loves keeping things moving and staying one step ahead.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of our fast-paced shipping operation, connecting Production, Account Management, Shipping, and our clients to ensure every project ships accurately and on time.

And these aren’t just any shipments. We produce merchandise for some of the biggest names in music and entertainment, which means deadlines are real, communication matters, and no two days look exactly the same.

You’ll own the communication and coordination behind upcoming shipments, keep our load board and must-ship priorities organized, provide proactive updates, and make sure our team and clients always know what’s shipping, when it’s shipping, and what needs attention.

The Shipping Coordinator champions internal and external communication. This person will communicate with internal teams and our high-level clientele. In this role, you will act with urgency and ensure we can provide answers with ease and confidence. You will be a key part of the shipping anchor for all the hard work put in by the production teams, with the shipping team as the final touch.

This role requires strong daily proactive planning and organization to succeed. Timely internal and external communication is key.

The Shipping Coordinator is the liaison between production, account managers & the shipping team that seals the deal of the Culture Experience. This individual takes pride in providing our clients with white-glove service and being knowledgeable about current projects and shipment planning.

TOP PRIORITIES

• Proactive communication on projects including status, timelines, and shipping methods
• Daily updates to Clients and Account Managers on pending and upcoming shipments
• Organization of load board and must ship list for 0 orders missed accuracy

POSITION DUTIES

• Proactively coordinate & organize upcoming shipment details
• Work closely with production departments to ensure projects are set to complete as scheduled
• Correspond with client inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Sales & AM Team on project updates and any client concerns or feedback
• Answer inquiries confidently relating to current projects in person, over email, or phone
• Set shipping clerks up for success by organizing the daily load board and updating as needed
• Work with Sales & AM Teams, providing floor stock updates to clients to move sitting products

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Bilingual: Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish preferred
• 2+ Years of shipping/receiving experience in a warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, sense of urgency, and very personable
• Able to thrive and excel in a fast-paced environment with a flexible and friendly personality
• Hands-on experience with client communication and customer service

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
