Job Summary

To ensure a safe and efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and accurately place them in designated storage locations to maintain inventory organization
• Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to meet dispatch and shipping schedules
• Perform value-added services on customer-ordered goods to enhance product readiness
• Follow proper component handling procedures to prevent damage and ensure quality
• Move stock using trolleys or hand-pallet jacks safely and efficiently within the warehouse
• Conduct inventory cycle counts as required to maintain accurate stock records
• Apply manual handling procedures correctly when lifting and moving products to ensure safety
• Operate in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations to protect self and others
• Report any discrepancies, abnormalities, or potential safety hazards promptly to management
• Maintain clean and tidy work areas through daily housekeeping to support operational efficiency
• Suggest improvements to processes to increase efficiency and add value to the organization
• Perform any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• N-Level or O-Level education preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak simple English to communicate effectively in the workplace
• Proficient in PC literacy to perform basic computer tasks related to warehouse operations
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Positive, can-do attitude to adapt to changing tasks and challenges
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing
• Ability to plan and organize work to meet deadlines and operational requirements
• Flexible approach to assigned duties and tasks to support dynamic work environment
• Understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of errors or poor quality on costs
• Awareness of health and safety requirements relevant to warehouse operations
• Experience in warehouse environments preferred but not required; training provided
