Job Descriptions

• Handle customer bookings and ensure accurate processing of export shipment details.
• Coordinate FCL and LCL shipments with shipping lines, consolidators and shippers.
• Arrange trucking services, cargo collection and shipment schedules based on customer requirements.
• Provide timely shipment updates, booking confirmations and vessel schedule changes to customers and operation/sales team.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and promptly report any cargo damage, delays or discrepancies.

Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years in freight forwarding operations preferred
• Candidates with no prior experience but a keen interest in logistics are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with freight shipping documentation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
