Shipping Coordinator/Supervisor

Tasks and duties :

• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, mainland factories, and shipping service providers for shipment arrangement.
• Making booking for shipment and track shipments, and resolve issues.
• Communicate with factories and freight forwarders to follow-up shipment schedule and provide status updates to customers.
• Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including packing list, invoice and custom declaration.
• Ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements, especially in Asia, EU, US.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments in customer system and tracker files.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement :

• 3-5 years or above relevant experience in trading and manufacturing field, with solid knowledge of shipping procedures and requirement, including import/export documents, custom declaration, order entry and processing, invoicing, and resolve issues, etc..
• Capable of working in a fast placed environment.
• Good English and Mandarin.
• Proactive, detail-minded, well organized.
• Proficiency in MS office.
