Shipping Department – Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical support on administrative matter
• Assist in executing oversea suppliers export documentation and preparing Letter of Credit
• Take charge of the day to day data updates
• To support management head on logistics, shipping and administrative duties
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

1. High diploma or equivalent, associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field is preferred
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Detail-minded, well-organized, good interpersonal and willing to learn
4. Good PC skills, MS office and Chinese word processing
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin
6. Immediately available is highly preferred

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 09:00 – 18:00

Working Location: Kowloon Bay
