Shipping Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day export shipping and dispatch operations.

· Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines.

· Prepare and verify export shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, and other required documents.

· Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for timely shipment readiness.

· Track export shipments and provide regular status updates.

· Ensure correct packing, labeling, quantity, and documentation before dispatch.

· Coordinate container/truck loading and shipment schedules.

· Handle shipping-related queries and resolve operational issues.

· Maintain proper records of shipments and export documentation.

· Ensure shipments comply with applicable export and customs requirements.

Required Skills

· Good knowledge of Export & Import Shipping Procedures.

· Experience in Handicrafts Export will be preferred.

· Knowledge of Shipping Bills, Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB and export documentation.

· Good coordination skills with CHA, freight forwarders and transporters.

· Basic knowledge of DGFT, Customs and export procedures.

· Good communication and follow-up skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

· Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
