Shipping Executive

1. Establish Shipping schedule,

2. Provide shipping instructions to factories,

3. Work closely with customers, factories and forwarders to ensure that shipments are carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with customer's instructions,

4. Prepare shipping documents (in English and Chinese) and issue them to customers,

5. Verify invoice accuracy from factories before forwarding to management for payment arrangements,

6. Issue commercial invoice to customers,

7. Update customers on shipping schedule at customers' defined intervals,

8. Prepare reports for the accounting department and management when required,

9. Any other assignments given by Management.

Grimm Industries Pte Ltd (G.I.C) specialised in Industrial Metal Hardware products. We work with our key partner factories in China to produce Hardware products.

Our products are mainly customised to customers’ design with only a small percentage of standard products. Hence, most tooling are closed tools.

Our hardware are mainly in metal components. Materials range from normal steel, stainless steel (mostly AISI 304 and 316), aluminium & also with small percentage in Plastic material. Production processes are mainly metal stamping, die casting, investment casting, plastic / aluminium extrusion & plastic injection process.

Supporting operations are CNC machining, welding, polishing, tapping, surface treatments such as zinc plating, electropolishing, powder coating etc. Surface treatmentsare usually outsourced

For quality control, our factories perform regular in process checks and final QC before shipment is released. In addition, G.I.C also performs upfront QC control and regular monitoring
