What they need
In Charge of LMW related processes & responsible in yearly LMW renewal.
Implement effective methods for proper execution of logistic planning.
Ensure compliance to all Import and Export regulations.
Development and maintenance critical customs and licensing activities to facilitate the shipment
in and out of the factory.
Liaising with custom and relevant government authorities (i.e: MIDA, MITI, LMW etc).
Ensure company is following guideline as per custom manual / handbook.
Ensuring all shipping and receiving documents is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
Monitoring shipment / cargo movement.
Follow up action for ETA shipping.
Prepare and submit reports to the authority / management review.
Perform any other general administration duties from time to time.
Understand on the requirements for a QMS, Including documented informations, planning and
determining process interactions.
- Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
