Shipping Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Air and Sea freight Import & Export shipments
• Prepare full sets of shipping documents (e.g., BL, COO, pickup orders, invoices, etc.)
• Arrange transportation and Singapore Customs permit declarations
• Monitor vessel ETD/ETA schedules
• Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of shipments

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding/Logistics field is a MUST.
• Great Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Able to work independently, customer oriented and highly motivated
• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Fast learner with positive attitude
• Abe to multi-task and work under pressure
• Those with more experience will be considered for a Senior Position
