SHIFT: NIGHT About The Opportunity Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Shipping Forklift Driver responsible to move palletized product from one location to another, stack and restack product as directed. What You Will Need

• Must have Forklift Certification.
• Must be able to obtain a stand-up Forklift Certification.
• Must have shipping and warehouse loading experience.
• Must be familiar with Computer/Tablet device.
• Ability to safely drive a forklift on wet/dry cement floor.
• Must be able to use the double or single sit-down forklift.
• Must have experience driving a regular sit-down lift with a double blade attachment.
• Must be able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’S)
• Must have strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to read pallet ID’s.
• Ability to fill out documents as required.
• Must have written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to work as a picker, loader, and mover when necessary.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

Benefits Total Rewards: $18.20 + 0.20 (NIGHT PREMIUM) / HOUR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
