The Shipping Lead is responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and leading a team of seven shipping employees. This role promotes efficiency, safety, quality, and employee development while maintaining high customer service standards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of shipping associates to achieve daily operational goals.
• Coordinate shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and shipping accuracy.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees while promoting a positive team environment.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Resolve shipping issues and collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to improve efficiency.

Employee Prerequisites:

• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset.
