The Shipping Line Sales Coordinator will report to Liner Manager.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage new prospective customers through calls and meetings.
• Prepare accurate quotations and draft contracts to support business negotiations.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends and uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor and manage customer bookings to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up calls and meetings.
• Provide customer support for e-commerce setup, onboarding, and verification processes.
• Collaborate with the relevant team members to prepare the sales strategies that will also contribute to the growth of other business directions

Qualifications you have for this role :

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably within sales, marketing or other relevant areas
• At least 1-2 years experience and good understanding of Shipping Line and logistics field
• Proven communication skills and a good command of the English and Russian languages (verbal and written)
• Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
• Computer literate and good command of MS Office, Excel etc.
• Proactive, takes responsibility and delivers results
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Highly structured
• Results oriented
