Shipping Officer

• Prepare and verify invoices based on shipment details, customer purchase orders, and delivery documentation.

• Post customer invoices accurately and promptly into the ERP system after shipment confirmation.

• Ensure invoice details, quantities, pricing, and customer information are accurate.

• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Warehouse teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

• Maintain proper records of invoices and supporting shipping documents.

• Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation that may affect invoice processing.

• Handle Import/Export permit application

• To plan, establish work schedules, assignments, and logistics sequences to ensure transportation and distribution of finished goods are performed in an accurate, timely and cost effective manner.

• To ensure that effective communication with customers regarding shipping matters.

• To ensure on-time and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers.

• Circle stock count/ Annual stock count.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in handling warehouse activity; shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of ERP Infor an added advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Capable to handle stress and meet deadlines
• Flexible and willing to learn and work as a team.
