What they need
Assist in daily Export documentation / listing.
Ensuring all shipping documents completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
Preparing bills and invoices.
Perform any other general administration duties from time to time.
Preparing report for submission to authority / management review.
Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
Understand on the requirements for a QMS, Including documented informations,
planning and determining process interactions.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
