Angeles Fulfillment Services Inc is seeking a dependable and organized Shipping Operations Assistant to support daily shipping, order fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse activities. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in building practical experience in logistics and shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shipping and fulfillment operations
• Prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify order details, quantities, addresses, and shipping information
• Print and apply shipping labels and required documentation
• Coordinate routine pickups with carriers and delivery services
• Track shipments and update delivery information when needed
• Enter shipping and order information into company systems
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming products
• Help maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
• Inspect packages for visible damage or labeling issues
• Report shipping discrepancies, delays, or damaged items
• Maintain clean and organized shipping and staging areas
• Communicate with warehouse and operations team members
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines
• Perform other shipping, fulfillment, and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during the workday
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures

About the Position
