Job Overview

Avighna Fulfillment LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Shipping Operations Assistant to support daily shipping, order fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse activities. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment.

The Shipping Operations Assistant will help prepare orders for shipment, verify shipping information, maintain accurate records, monitor shipment status, and support coordination between warehouse staff and shipping providers. Training will be provided, and previous shipping or logistics experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shipping and fulfillment operations
• Prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify order details, quantities, addresses, and shipping information
• Print and apply shipping labels and required documentation
• Organize completed shipments in designated staging areas
• Assist with coordinating routine carrier pickups
• Track shipment status and update delivery information as needed
• Enter order and shipping information into company systems
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming products
• Support inventory organization and routine stock checks
• Inspect packages for visible damage or labeling issues
• Report shipment discrepancies, delays, damaged items, or missing products
• Maintain accurate shipping and fulfillment records
• Keep shipping, packing, and staging areas clean and organized
• Communicate with warehouse and operations team members regarding daily priorities
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines
• Assist with other fulfillment and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience is not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures

The Shipping Operations Assistant helps ensure orders are processed accurately and prepared for timely shipment. Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
